We started Coffee Beanery in 1976. Julius and JoAnne started company and we are really proud to be a family company. We
had amazing growth over the Christmas season and after Christmas we sat down
and go “we can’t do that again·”. so we reached out to K-Commerce and they were really willing to answer all of our questions and make us feel really
comfortable with the process the switch has allowed us to integrate with our ERP
which has been a tremendously helpful change we’ve been able to automate our
process all the way out to the warehouse we felt like is a really great platform
it had a lot of best practices and functionality but we still had a lot of
control over the site and the content and that was really important to us
we’re not experts we don’t pretend to be experts and k-eCommerce has really
allowed us to do the things that we need to do with our business to grow and be
successful without having to be an expert at ecommerce. Dietzgen is a
distributor of materials for the wide format printing industry. We cut papers
canvas, film and any material used in wide format printing we had lots of
information in lots of different places we had certain pieces of information in
our ERP system other pieces as static PDFs, file folders, Excel documents,
emails, etc. So the key was to find a solution that would allow us to bring
all of these pieces of information together. The k-eCommerce platform has
helped us bring together thousands of SKUs across multiple product categories
into one place for our customers be able to search and find them easily. The k-eCommerce solution natively integrated with our ERP system. It’s a very easy-to-use software with lots of tools that allows us to put the information
where it needs to be on the site. Our goal is to have 30 percent of our orders flow through the key commerce platform that way it allow customers service to

With the website and k-eCommerce we’re now known throughout the world as a leader of both selling and servicing top-name products. We needed a solution that would both be able to attract customers have a good e-commerce experience but also improve our internal systems. What helps us keep our prices down and gives us great access to that second segment of the business is k e-Commerce, which keeps our overhead down. It allows us to forward great prices on to the customer.
Customers are happy that they’re getting their orders processed quick, invoiced
quick and then getting their products. K-eCommerce just seemed to have that
perfect fit of usability for the marketing ,for the customers but
also the rock-solid integration. LorAnn oils is a flavor and oils business.
We offer essential oils, baking, flavoring oils, emulsions, anything for the home and
business consumer. Some of the reasons that LorAnn decided to choose K-eCommerce was just because the platform was an all-around solution. It helped us on many levels : on the customer end, on the back end, maintaining products and being able to do the descriptions and the meta descriptions
and all the things that go along with maintaining a website. What we’re using k-eCommerce for is to beautifully show our products in an easy-to-navigate way. k-eCommerce also allows us to give very robust descriptions. We are seeing more activity on the website. We probably see close to 200 new retail users a week, and we’re adding in about 30 business customers per week. I would recommend the k-eCommerce platform to any customer out there that’s considering a platform of this nature and needs to be integrated with their ERP system because it is really easy to use. Here at Columbus we are Microsoft’s largest Dynamics partner in the world. We’ve got about 2,000 people across the globe. The e-commerce market today is really still in infancy, I think. Everybody has a website, everybody’s doing business of some sort online. But
it’s that connectivity to the accounting system that’s super critical. Without that integration, it’s a no-sale, and that’s what k-eCommerce has that makes them our number one go-to partner for that. We measure the value with k-eCommerce in our relationship with our satisfied customers, and that’s really the best measurement for anything we do. They love the solutions. We’ve never had a complaint about a k-eCommerce product, ever. ever then when you have happy clients
and you’re making money that’s success And when you have happy clients and you’re making money, that’s success, and we look forward to a very long and profitable and successful future with them.
